Lash Avenue Academy understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise that cause a student to cancel or reschedule their course. Refunds are available according to the following guidelines: - If cancellation is made more than 14 days before the start of the course, the student is eligible for a full refund. - If cancellation is made between 7-14 days before the start of the course, the student will be refunded the amount paid minus a $50 administrative fee. - If cancellation is made less than 7 days before the start of the course, the student will not be eligible for a refund, but may reschedule for a future course date at no additional charge. In the event that Lash Avenue Academy is unable to hold a course as scheduled, students will be offered the option to either reschedule for a future course date or receive a full refund. We understand that each situation may require individual attention and our team is here to help find a solution that works for you.
